Who do we find as our ideal employees? We find the hardworking, diligent and dedicated ones as the most suitable for our organization. But, sometimes, there are other ways too- the smart ways. There could be some lazy employees who could be equally valuable for your organization.
Before knowing the advantages of a lazy employee, let’s figure out the disadvantages of hard-working and diligent employees. They are mostly oriented towards achieving their tasks and are in action and seldom, they do it before they think. They probably do whatever they have been asked for and never re-think the strategies and goals that have been framed. They just do, and would never think of better ideas.
But, today’s competitive industry demands creative, innovative, problem-solving output minds, that is something more than diligence.
